2023 Pitchfork Music Festival Day Three Recap
Day three of the Pitchfork Fest proved to be a scorching affair, with the sun beating down relentlessly on the enthusiastic crowd. The festival-goers were still as animated as ever, ready for yet another day of unforgettable acts.
This final day's schedule was nothing short of spectacular, showcasing a diverse range of acts from different genres. Jockstrap and JPEG Mafia had outstanding opening acts for the day, captivating the crowd with their individual talents. What set JPEG Mafia's set apart was his incredible interaction with the crowd. He was seen running back and forth between the stage and the fans, creating an electric atmosphere that left everyone in awe.
As the day went on, other well-known performers gave performances on the festival grounds, including Killer Mike, Illuminatie Hotties and Kelela. The already enthused audience was further stoked by each act's unique flair on stage.
The Renegade Craft Fair offered much to discover in between sets. This bustling market featured independent small businesses that provided a variety of handcrafted items and artistic masterpieces. Abby — the owner of Tokki Star, a store that had modest beginnings in high school — was one of the gifted merchants. Abby's shop boasted custom designs and hand-printed t-shirts that showcased her artistic talent and passion for creativity.
The excitement for the last act, Bon Iver, peaked as the sun started to drop. The crowd eagerly awaited his performance, and he didn't disappoint.
